Having practiced yoga for a decade, I have immersed myself in a diverse array of practices and teachings that draw inspiration from Buddhist traditions and Asian culture, particularly Vipasanna meditation. This extensive journey through education and personal exploration has led me to cultivate a unique approach to yoga, one that harmoniously aligns the body, mind, and soul to foster an enriched experience of the present moment. The practice of breathing has led me to explore the under water during free diving, that gives another insight into the power of your breath, mind and connection to the water element.
I view this path as an ongoing journey of growth and discovery, and I warmly invite others to join me in this experience, as we delve into the depths of our inner selves together.
